Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Community Growth Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to grow and engage the customer community, driving sales growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing projects to improve community engagement. Additionally, the role involves analyzing community data and feedback to improve Doffair's services and offerings. Qualifications - Strong Analytical and Analytics skills for interpreting data and measuring community growth strategies - Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively - Experience in Sales and building relationships with customers and partners - Project Management skills to organize and lead community growth initiatives - Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields preferred - Passion for pets and an understanding of the pet care ecosystem is a plus
