Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Associate Legalto join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract management. You will play a key role in supporting strategic legal initiatives and ensuring all company operations comply with relevant laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, service-level agreements, MoUs, lease deeds, and joint venture agreements.

- Advise on corporate governance matters and compliance under applicable laws including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks.

- Assist in due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution in coordination with external counsel.

- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.

- Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders, legal authorities, or regulatory bodies as required.

- Support internal teams with legal queries and provide risk mitigation strategies.

- Maintain and manage legal records and documentation in a structured and secure manner.
