Role Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure using Microsoft Azure Data, with a strong focus on Azure Synapse Analytics and Spark Data Pools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and other Azure services.
- Spark Data Pools: Leverage Spark within Azure Synapse for large-scale data processing in a distributed setup.
- Data Integration: Integrate structured and semi-structured data from various sources into a centralized data lake or warehouse.
- Data Modelling: Work with data architects to create efficient models supporting business analytics and reporting.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize performance of data pipelines, especially in Spark-based environments.
- Azure Synapse Analytics: Design complex data integration and analytics solutions using Azure Synapse.
Technical Skills Required:
- Python Programming, SQL, PySpark
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Spark Data Pools
