Human Resources THEME OF ROLE Talent Management Talent Development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create L D Roadmap for the entire organization using TNI analysis Design Sales capability building framework Design and deliver programs for Managerial and Leadership Capability Building Create platforms for effective communication and listening skills Evangelize Values in the Organization Managing Talent Management initiatives for hi performers and creating customized IDPs Developing interventions for performance-based culture Imbibe a culture for Self-Learning Planning and conducting suitable MDPs Manage training calendar training budget Drive interventions to keep employees engaged The incumbent should be adept at Diagnosis the training needs and identifying competency gaps Designing high quality content as per training needs Efficiently delivering training sessions Monitor and evaluate training program s effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION MBA PGDM with HR Specialization from Tier 1 2 B-School EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Industry KEY COMPETENCIES BEHAVIORAL Leadership skill Should have Strong knowledge on HR processes training design and evaluation Leadership development Talent Management Have ability towards creative thinking pragmatic behaviors and logical reasoning KNOW OUR LEADERS CEO -
