The Opportunity We're looking for a talented Video Podcast Editor to transform our long-form founder conversations (60-90 minutes) into polished video content that captivates our audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This role is critical to scaling our video presence as we continue growing our community of startup enthusiasts. What You'll Do - Edit 8-10 long-form podcast episodes per month (60-90 minute conversations) into engaging video content - Create compelling motion graphics intros for podcast episodes that capture attention and set the tone - Add professional graphics, lower thirds, B-roll, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling - Ensure audio quality is pristine—removing background noise, balancing levels, and enhancing clarity - Collaborate with the host to understand the narrative arc and identify the most impactful moments - Manage the entire post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery - Stay current with video trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach. - What We're Looking For Must-haves: - 2+ years of experience editing video podcasts or interview-based content - Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro) - Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations - Strong audio editing skills and understanding of sound engineering principles - Portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging motion graphics and visual storytelling - Understanding of YouTube and LinkedIn content optimization - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently - Ability to meet consistent monthly deadlines - Reliable, high-performance workstation capable of handling 4K video editing and motion graphics work Nice-to-haves: - Experience with business/startup content - Understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem - Previous experience growing a YouTube channel through strategic editing.
