Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in check-out formalities Ensure smooth coordination of guest arrivals departures and in-house requirements Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with guests Assist guests with reservations restaurant bookings transportation and other concierge services Address guest complaints feedback and requests promptly and effectively Coordinate with all departments Housekeeping F B Maintenance etc to ensure guest needs are met Maintain guest profiles preferences and special requests for future reference Ensure lobby and guest areas are presentable at all times Promote hotel services amenities and special offers to enhance guest experience Handle VIP repeat and long-stay guests with extra attention and care Maintain records reports and communication logs as required Uphold hotel standards policies and procedures at all times Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Anjuna Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Proven experience in guest relations or front office roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric attitude Professional appearance and positive demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Knowledge of PMS systems e g WinhMS Wincloud is an advantage Flexible to work in shifts weekends and holidays Key Attributes Friendly and approachable personality Strong attention to detail High level of professionalism Team-oriented and cooperative Proactive and quick-thinking Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience 6 month 3 years Preferred Language English Hindi Preferred Location Anjuna Goa Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
