Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for the Real Estate industry Do you thrive on generating quality leads and building a strong online brand presence We are looking for a skilled specialist to take our digital footprint to the next level What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities - Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, GEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Ads - Facebook, Instagram, Google). - Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement strategies to significantly boost qualified real estate leads and manage nurturing workflows (through various platforms and CRM integration). - Manage and update the company website, primarily using WordPress or other CMS platforms. - Perform day-to-day website maintenance, content updates, and basic front-end adjustments. - Ensure the website is fully optimized for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness. - Content Strategy: Collaborate to develop engaging, relevant content (copy, visuals, videos) that promotes our properties, services, and brand across our website and social platforms. - Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to constantly optimize campaign performance. - Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive. What We're Looking For: Qualifications - Experience:Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. - Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience managing digital marketing for Real Estate clients, working in a Digital Marketing Agency, or currently working in a Real Estate brand as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive/Manager will be given preference. - Education: Any Graduate degree.. - Age: Must be between 25 and 30 years old. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CMS platforms (especially WordPress) for website content and basic design management. - Proficiency in major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), SEO tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and email marketing platforms.
