Valueverse Consulting is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and more to join our dynamic team If you have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects and a passion for delivering innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 Position: Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant

🔹 Experience: 3-5 years in Oracle HCM with a focus on technical objects

🔹 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.
- Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
- Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
- Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
