Role : Sales Executive

Location: Nashik

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)

- Experience : 0-2 years in field sales / education / B2B sales preferred

One of a leading platform for personalised career counselling and guidance, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive outreach and partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates. This is a field-intensive role for individuals passionate about education and career development, with a flair for consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to generate new business opportunities

- Pitch the services to decision-makers (principals, HRs, TPOs, etc.)

- Build strong institutional relationships and secure tie-ups for counselling programs and workshops

- Identify, pursue, and convert new leads to achieve sales targets

- Represent the company services at education fairs, seminars, and events

Must-Have Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities

- Field sales experience with the ability to manage territory and cold visits

- Ability to understand and explain career counselling services effectively

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised

Good to Have:

- Experience in EdTech / educational sales

- Prior relationships with schools, colleges, or HR departments in corporates

- Understanding of the Indian education system and career guidance landscape
