Job Description

You'll bring your communication, analysis, problem-solving skills and initiative to this role to:

- Support the Global Head of Analytics Assurance and Leadership Team in delivering the team's vision and development roadmap and manage the implementation of functional initiatives in the department.
- Lead, support and deliver on data-driven audit planning including data analytics strategies to identify high-risk areas, prioritise audit activities and optimise resource allocation.
- Lead, support and deliver on multiple analytics assurance activities, overseeing timely completion to a high standard in accordance with our methodology, processes and procedures.
- Improve and automate assurance activities and functional operational processes by leveraging AI, automation and advanced analytics.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline assurance testing using no-code/low-code platforms delivering self-serve solutions for auditors driving analytics coverage and depth of testing
- Engage with audit stakeholders on audit requirements for data access on an ongoing and timely basis.
- Collaborate with the Heads of Audit in the collection and analysis of data for both continuous auditing purposes and planning insights for reporting to key stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the business outside of GIA.
- Deliver insightful analysis that enables audit teams to achieve their objectives.
- Standardise semi-structured and complex data types into consumable data models that are accessible to users in Internal Audit.

The Successful Applicant

- 12+ yearsof experience in Automation, AI, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Expertise in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C++ and visualisation tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau).
- Experience in developing AI solutions (incl. AI frameworks) using tools such as Co-pilot Studio, Gemini, Open AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.
- Strong technical skills and an ability to deliver high quality audits with proven experience in automation, preferably proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Alteryx, Cloud Data Fusion, Zapier, etc.
- Expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism knowledge of programming languages like Python or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Experience of leading teams and managing people, either by overseeing audits or formal line management.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in written and verbal presentation to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with good educational record up to degree level.
