Pre-sales Consultant

The Pre-Sales Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements and crafting tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings This role involves engaging with prospective clients delivering compelling product demonstrations and creating technical documentation that supports the sales process The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and communication skills enabling them to bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges Develop and present Proofs of Concept POCs aligned with client requirements and industry best practices Deliver clear persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences Address technical and functional queries from prospective clients Assist in creating technical proposals and responding to RFIs and RFPs Generate supporting documentation such as use cases technical workflows and architectural diagrams Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align solutions with customer expectations Provide valuable feedback to product teams based on market and customer insights Ensure smooth handover to post-sales and implementation teams Keep up with industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 years experience in pre-sales technical sales or a solutioning role Experience in or knowledge of the Real Estate industry is an added advantage Proven ability to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions Key Skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities High technical aptitude and the ability to learn and demonstrate new products quickly Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
