The Opportunity

At Adobe, we're reimagining how enterprises harness the power of data and AI to create next-generation digital experiences. As aComputer Scientist - II , you'll play a pivotal role in building enterprise-grade AI-first systems, shaping technical strategy, and mentoring top talent. You'll join a team of curious, collaborative engineers who push boundaries to bring the latest AI innovation into Adobe products used by millions worldwide.

This is more than just building software-it's about setting engineering standards, operating with excellence, and influencing how businesses everywhere engage with data and intelligence.

What You'll Do

- Architect and build AI-driven Agentsthat redefine how enterprises interact with their data and workflows.

- Design and deliver highly scalable, resilient systemsthat power enterprise intelligence solutions.

- Experiment with and integrate the latest in Agentic AI and machine learning innovations, driving meaningful improvements to customer outcomes.

- Partner across product, research, and design teamsto define technical strategies and ship high-impact features.

- Champion operational excellence, setting engineering best practices for reliability, security, and performance.

- Lead and coach engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

- Continuously optimize development and deployment processes, ensuring seamless delivery at scale.

What You Need to Succeed

- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

- Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systemsor cloud-native platforms.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts, with practical knowledge ofAgentic AI frameworks.

- Track record ofsolving complex engineering challenges with innovative and elegant solutions.

- Skilled at leading through influence, with sharp communication and collaboration abilities.

- A growth mindset, with a passion for mentoring and enabling others to excel.

- Driven to push the boundaries of what's possible in enterprise AI.
