Tech Location: BBSR Position Description: A data annotator has to annotate text, image, video etc. according to client guidelines written in English required for Machine Learning in applications like autonomous vehicles, medical diagnostics etc. Skill requirements Locate, label, tag and categorize various elements in image, video, text data Ability to comprehend paragraphs written in English. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while paying constant close attention to detail and delivery accurate and precise work Basic usage of Word, Excel etc. Average English communication with CEFR level B2 Good eyesight & ability to sit at desk for prolonged hours Please find the job description for the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive- ITES to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in the IT services sector. The successful candidate will assist in various IT operations, support services, and projects while gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Assist in managing IT operations and support services for clients. - Help in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical support to end-users and ensure customer satisfaction. - Participate in project planning and execution under the guidance of senior staff. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Basic understanding of IT service management and ITIL framework. - Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Assessment Process: Basic English comprehension test Basic technical tool FSET test (client team will provide a 15-minute training session prior to the test) Candidates clearing both rounds will be selected and offered positions.
