Role Overview

We're looking for motivated freelance recruiters / hiring specialists to support our ongoing recruitment needs on a flexible, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source potential candidates through free and paid channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions provided by us.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening (if required)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets regularly.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other free hiring platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Laptop/PC & stable internet connection.

Engagement Details:

- Type: Freelance (Remote)
- Work Hours: Flexible (Monday Saturday)
- Compensation: Fixed fee or per successful closure (discussed during onboarding)
