Role Overview
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving our organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and enhancing user engagement through strategic SEO initiatives. The role will focus on off-page SEO, keyword research, and landing page content improvements, along with monitoring and reporting results. This is a remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact search terms relevant to our audience.
- Optimize landing page content for better rankings, readability, and conversions.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and partnerships.
- Perform SEO audits and recommend improvements for content, structure, and performance.
- Track, measure, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns.
Requirements
- 210 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on off-page optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research methods and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with landing page UX best practices and conversion-oriented copy.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in B2B or recruitment/HRTech domains.
- Knowledge of technical SEO (site structure, speed optimization, schema).
- Familiarity with content marketing and outreach campaigns.
