We are seeking a skilled UK Tax Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing a range of financial activities including year-end accounts preparation, bookkeeping, management accounts, and implementation of Tax and VAT schemes. The role requires proficiency in FRS102-1A and 105 disclosure standards, as well as a thorough review of financial statements. Understanding client requirements to successfully execute the FTE model will be crucial in this role.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in handling end-to-end accounts for UK clients, demonstrating proficiency in UK tax regulations and compliance.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Solid experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial services, with the capability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Taxcalc, Iris, CCH, etc., to efficiently manage financial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare year-end accounts and ensure compliance with FRS102-1A and 105 disclosure requirements.
- Conduct thorough bookkeeping and management accounts, maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Implement Tax and VAT schemes, ensuring adherence to UK tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiencies for clients.
- Review financial statements meticulously to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and execute the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) model effectively.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on detailed analysis of financial data.
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Stay updated with changes in UK tax laws and regulations, applying knowledge to benefit clients and the organization.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for service expansion or enhancement.
