1 Job Title Designation - General Duty Assistant GDA No of Position Required 02 Location- Sohna Haryana and Noida Uttar Pradesh Job Summary The GDA Instructor is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical healthcare training to students aspiring to become General Duty Assistants GDAs This includes conducting classes assessing trainee performance and ensuring post-training job placements in the healthcare sector Key Responsibilities oDeliver GDA training patient care hygiene nursing assistance as per the NSDC curriculum oRegularly assess and evaluate trainee performance oMentor trainees provide feedback and prepare them for post-training job placements oCollaborate with hospitals and healthcare facilities for student training placements oEnsure adherence to SEDI SOPs guidelines and report training progress Competencies- Trainee completion and placement rates Trainee satisfaction and engagement Assessment scores and attendance Professional Qualification- Minimum Graduation Post Graduation in relevant field Experience- Minimum 2 years in GDA profile Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
