Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a This role requires a versatile professional with extensive experience in various aspects of construction and carpentry The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both residential and commercial projects demonstrating proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry plumbing electrical work and restoration This position is crucial for ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications Responsibilities Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications Carry out concrete forming plastering and rebar installation as needed Engage in fabrication fixture installation and cabinet installation for diverse projects Conduct water damage restoration mold remediation and other restoration services Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience Proven experience in construction carpentry roofing woodworking and related fields Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations Proficiency in flooring installation tile laying siding caulking stucco application metal stud framing plumbing masonry remodeling electrical work and construction painting Experience with CNC machinery and assembly processes is a plus Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable We are looking for a proactive individual who can adapt to various tasks while delivering exceptional results in every project undertaken If you have a passion for construction and a commitment to quality craftsmanship we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
