Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of PE-Loan Servicing with 0 to 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing loan servicing tasks using MS Excel and it is advantageous if they have experience with Advent Geneva. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities - Manage and execute loan servicing tasks efficiently using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency in loan servicing. - Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and enhance service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and ensure timely updates in the system. - Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for loan servicing activities. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address queries and provide necessary information. - Monitor loan accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. - Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance loan servicing operations. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Contribute to the development of process improvements to optimize loan servicing workflows. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all loan servicing activities. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and achieve company goals. Qualifications - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis. - Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately. - Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. - Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. - Display adaptability to learn and implement new tools and technologies. - Experience with Advent Geneva is a plus enhancing domain knowledge.
