Come and Join us at Vestas Service > Global Service Operations > Production Engineering Support Global Repair Operations Partner department is focused on receiving the defective DEF (Defective) items in the system and move the items towards the repair site/vendor to enable the repair of the item. The Repaired (REN) item will be then worked with service order creator for consumption. The major tasks revolves around the reverse supply chain on coordination from the turbine sites to warehouse to repair warehouse. The Team also support repair factories in tool design and Master data and Production Engineering for Global Repairs and Repair in regions Responsibilities - The Team Leader PE/Design should be able to lead and manage a team of 3 Production engineers and 2 Design engineers and work with PE Global and PE/Design teams in repair factories ,work with Global RPM and Repair Strategists and collaborate with GROP- Order management, - Tactical buying teams etc to drive the Repair, Reuse and Recycle initiatives of Global Repair Organization. - The TL should be able to run the Operations In Production Engineering & Design functions (NRI, Master Data Governance, Costing, BOM enrichments, Tool Developments etc.) and guide the team members - He/She should be able to participate, drive discussions on the process standardization, continuous improvement & data analytics and automation initiatives and play a pivotal role in operating with efficiency and develop new scope to the functions. - He/She should be a leader and should be able to work cohesively with people across the globe and across the supply chain. - He/She should be able to find and hire right talents and coach them to perform and grow in the organization. - Coordinate with respective stakeholders to ensure healthy Master data is setup for REN/DEF and Factory PE and design needs are fulfilled on time. - Bring ideas to improve the MD accuracy, SAP related implementations, Data analytics & automation, efficiency enhancements. - Monthly/ Weekly performance reporting on the Key Metrics with internal and external stakeholders in PBI/excel etc - Bi-Weekly connect with Key stake holders in order to review the progress and discuss future actions. Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering/Technology - Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Electrical with 9+ years experience in Production Engineering-ECM, Master Data, Supply Chain Operations, Production Planning, etc Competencies - Leadership experience managing teams or projects - Technical Expertise in BOM, ECM, PLM or PDM preferably Windchill. - Hands-on experience of SAP is a must. - Large data Analytical skill and hands on experience in SQL, Macros, Power BI would be an added advantage What We Offer We offer the candidate the best in class supply chain knowledge in terms of process and system transactions.
