We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Cosmetify a leading B2B cosmetic manufacturing company The ideal candidate will make daily calls on dead warm and unanswered leads to filter and activate potential clients Key Responsibilities Conduct daily calls on dead warm and unanswered data to identify and activate potential leads Call fresh leads to verify their information and qualify them for the sales team Maintain and manage daily follow-up schedules to ensure consistent communication with potential clients Record detailed notes of each interaction in the CRM system Work closely with the sales team to provide them with verified and qualified leads Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with potential clients Achieve daily and weekly calling targets and lead activation goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a B2B environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid time off sick time off and 1st and 3rd Saturdays off Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Panchkula Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Tele sales 1 year Required Location Panchkula Haryana Required Work Location In person
