Role Overview

As Principal, you will be the academic and operational leader of BodhiTree Little Maestros, ensuring excellence in teaching, student experience, parent engagement, and brand positioning. You will lead a team of educators, create an inspiring learning environment, and uphold the school's vision of providing premium, research-backed early years education.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the academic direction, curriculum delivery, and daily operations of the preschool.
- Recruit, mentor, and train teachers to deliver the BodhiTree pedagogy with consistency and passion.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, wellness, and child development practices.
- Build strong relationships with parents through open communication, engagement programs, and feedback channels.
- Drive enrollment growth by representing the school at community events, tours, and parent orientations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on strategy, marketing, and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in preschool leadership or senior academic roles.
- Strong expertise in early childhood pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with children, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge of a foreign language (e.g., French, Spanish) will be an added advantage.
