Position HR Executive Male Only Location Vapi Gujarat Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month Job Type Fulltime Permanent Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Source screen and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions Coordinate interview schedules offer letters and joining formalities Grievance Redressal Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR management when required Ensure fair and timely resolution of workplace grievances HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies Employee Engagement Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and events Support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee morale Payroll Attendance Coordinate payroll data salary changes and statutory deductions Track employee attendance leaves and resolve related queries Data Management Maintain and update HR databases with employee information Perform accurate and timely data entry for HR reports and analysis Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic HR process knowledge MS Office proficiency SAP HR software knowledge preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Human resources 1 year Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
