About the Role NIQ is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Operations Client Partner to join our team in Vadodara. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between clients, commercial teams, and internal operations, with a strong focus on data quality, delivery, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Act as the operational point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. - Resolve client queries related to database services, product coding, and data quality. - Translate client requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with internal teams for execution. - Lead and support operational projects and process improvements. - Maintain service standards and ensure SLA compliance. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in data operations or FMCG. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. - Familiarity with tools such as Epics, Brandbank, eClipse, and Dynamics is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Important Note This is a night shift role. Candidates must be comfortable working during night hours from the Vadodara office.
