Main Job Purpose This role supports the Competitor Intelligence and Cost Transformation agenda for the company. It is a strategic finance role that blends analytics, external orientation, and business partnering to help sharpen the company's strategy and operations Key Responsibilities support the CI & Cost Transformation manager in the below responsibilities Competitor Intelligence - Assess competitor results and strategies to benchmark performance with competitor set and deliver insights to senior leadership - Assess impact of industry trends, regulatory changes and macro-economic events on competitor set - Conduct deep dives to decode competition playbook and pre-empt competitive actions Cost Transformation lead - Own and manage cost savings roadmap across functions & divisions - Identify cost saving opportunities with strong data analytics, internal and external benchmarking and cross functional collaboration - Lead governance frameworks and ensure robust tracking and dashboards to monitor savings progress, validate impact, and report to senior leadership Eligibility criteria - CA or MBA with 2 or more years of experience Key Skills Needed - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong business acumen and story-telling ability - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - External orientation and curiosity about market dynamics - Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, and data visualization tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
