JOB SUMMARY Responsible for execution of overall distribution Sales Marketing of Ice-Cream FD Products in designated area of operation and ensure to promote develop and expansion of the business with an objective to achieve the budgeted targets KEY RESULT AREAS Plan execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network Promote extend execute of model parlors business operations Ensure to collect recovers the sales realization and out standings Optimum utilization of resources Funds and Cost Control Assets Management Control On timely distribution of Milk Products by ensuring logistics Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints Plan execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan a Responsible to Identify forecast the Sales Marketing status of Competitors and their activities in respective area of Operations and provide the information to the concern reporting authority b Responsible to identify the gaps in the Marketing Strategy and fulfilling the gaps in coordinate with reporting authority c Responsible to plan to sell more impulse range to generate more profits monthly plan for segmentation of SKU based on Sticks Cones Novelties Cups PP FP Bulk Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network a Responsible to forecast competitors and their activities while achieving the sales targets in the line with business requirement as per the schedule without any deviation b Responsible to identify and appointment of the new agents in the respective area of operation c Ensure the bifurcation of the City Town and appoint Distributors based on the potentiality and expand the distribution Channels networks as per the business plan Promote extend execute of model parlors business operations a Responsible for identify the new agents and develop the parlors business in the allotted area of operation b Responsible for Channel-wise development of sales in the area of operation c Creating Visibility on 3 S Model Street Shop Shelf and Participate in Fairs Exhibitions to create awareness and Brand Visibility Ensure to collect recover the sales realization and out standings a Responsible for daily collection of Sales realization and outstanding amounts from the agent against indent supplies without any deviations b Responsible for day-to-day reconciliation of Stocks Supplies and monthly reconciliation of Agent s Accounts on daily basis in coordination with Finance Accounts Team Optimum utilization of resources Funds and Cost Control a Responsible to establish sales teams across area of operation to assess their performance and enhance the skill levels from time to time b Responsible for effective control over on utilization of other resources like logistics and Funds etc with in the budget Assets Management and Control a Responsible for regular monitor and effective control Deep freezer the accounts provided to the agents with proper documentation b Responsible to maintain the data of freezer movements by taking specified deposits c Responsible for monitoring Warranty and AMC for freezer maintenance within the schedule Timely distribution of Milk Products by ensuring logistics a Responsible for timely receive the indents from agents and ensure to supply Milk Products on time without any deviation b Responsible for arranging the logistics for distribution of Milk Products and avoid leakages damages by taking proper safeguard measures c Responsible to maintain product temperature in line with the SOP s at the time of distribution d Responsible to coordinate with plants for stocks and product Mix Organize Customer Contract Programs and address the complaints a Responsible for addressing the agent s problems customer complaints on time in proper manner without any delay b Responsible to record the number of complaints received and addressed in the prescribed format submit to the concern reporting authority
