Process claims Analyze and process insurance claims from start to finish ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy guidelines Required skills and qualifications Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficiency in computer skills and claims management software Solid knowledge of insurance policies procedures and relevant regulations Investigate claims Gather information conduct interviews and analyze data to assess the validity of claims and identify potential fraud Communicate with stakeholders Liaise with policyholders claimants agents and other departments to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status Determine coverage and payment Evaluate claims based on policy terms negotiate settlements within company guidelines and calculate benefits due Maintain records Document all claim activities and interactions in a claims management system ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date Ensure compliance Stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes to ensure all claims are handled in accordance with legal and company requirements Resolve issues Address and resolve discrepancies disputes and complex claim issues by applying sound judgment and collaborating with other teams Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Guntur Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Education Bachelor s Required Experience Insurance verification 5 years Required Language Telugu English Required License Certification Insurance claims Required Location Guntur Andhra Pradesh Preferred Work Location In person
