This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organisation skills to ensure smooth academic operations and efficient handling of student-related processes. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all student queries, concerns, and support needs. - Manage student onboarding, orientation, documentation, attendance, and academic records. - Coordinate daily communication with students through official channels (email, WhatsApp groups, platforms, etc.). - Support academic teams in scheduling classes, managing timetables, and ensuring faculty requirements are met. - Assist in organising workshops, events, guest sessions, and campus activities. - Maintain a high standard of student experience through timely communication and on-ground support. - Liaise with parents when required and ensure smooth flow of academic updates. - Collaborate with admissions, academics, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments. - Research and implement student engagement practices to improve the overall quality of campus life. - Support in managing student feedback, escalations, and conflict resolution. - Any additional tasks that contribute to enhancing student relations and academic operations. - This is an immediate position. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent coordination and organisational abilities. - Ability to handle students professionally and empathetically. - Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and basic documentation. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment. - Problem-solving attitude and a student-first approach.
