Business Contribution

The Pricing Analyst plays a key technical and operational role in supporting pricing strategy execution across the Americas and EMEA. This position is responsible for maintaining Oracle-based price lists, loading and updating pricing data, activating new products, and ensuring accurate customer-facing price documentation. The analyst partners with regional sales teams, product management, and channel partners to ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and timely updates aligned with commercial strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-driven, and proficient in Oracle and Excel-based tools, with a strong understanding of pricing systems and processes in a global B2B environment. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and reports to the Global Director of Commercial Strategy, with on-site oversight by the Enerpac India site leader.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; evenings and weekends may be required

What You Will Do

- Own and manage Oracle price list data for the Americas and EMEA, ensuring accurate entry, timely updates, and version control. Advanced knowledge of our Oracle pricing process will be expected within six months (with training).
- Process pricing updates including new product activations, product transitions, and regional adjustments in coordination with product management and finance teams as well as senior commercial leadership.
- Maintain and distribute customer-facing price lists in standard and custom formats as needed by distributors and direct customers.
- Interpret and apply pricing policies, discount structures, and currency updates across multiple business units and regions.
- Review and process custom quotes for special distribution programs.
- Collaborate with sales and channel partners to support requests for custom pricing templates, including mapping to Oracle standard outputs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pricing discrepancies in Oracle, including root cause analysis and system or process corrections.
- Support annual and ad hoc pricing update cycles, including coordinating deadlines, preparing load files, and performing validations.
- Assist in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline pricing administration and enhance data integrity.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle pricing functionality, working closely with IT or ERP support teams on enhancements or error resolution.
- Support any future Oracle pricing integration projects

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

- Highly technical with demonstrated ability to use or learn Oracle and Microsoft Office products. Advanced MS Excel skills are preferred.
- Must be results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to schedule changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively (written/oral) with internal stakeholders, primarily commercial leadership within Enerpac

Education And Experience

- Associate degree in business, sales, or a similar field, Bachelors degree preferred; or 5 or more years Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with Enerpac and Oracle is preferred.
