An Area Sales Manager for a brand like Mumtree is responsible for overseeing sales operations managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales within a specific geographical area Here s a general job description Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets Manage and lead a team of Field Sales Representatives Conduct sales territory analyses and close sales deals Deliver presentations to potential and existing customers Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers Implement a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects Qualifications Bachelor s degree in marketing communications business management or related field is preferred Proven sales experience preferably in Education or Kids domain would be added advantage Effective written oral communication skills in English language Proficient in Digital marketing Social Media marketing for lead generation and follow-up Excellent management leadership and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills Exceptional customer service skills Additional Requirements Should posses own vehicle to commute to client place for visit in nearby areas of Haridwar Willing to travel for 3-4 days in a week outside of haridwar region depending on need Ability to understand Mumtree products and domain in short period of time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Haridwar Uttarakhand Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Experience Direct sales 2 years Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
