About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office in a Sales & Client Engagement capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting the Founder with client-facing activities, managing communications, and ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives.

You will work closely with the leadership team to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for client pitches, as well as handle end-to-end follow-up to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain ongoing follow-up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.

Sales Support & Coordination

- Prepare and manage email correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.

Proposal & Presentation Development

- Create customized proposals and solutions aligned with client needs and project objectives.
- Design impactful presentations and pitch decks for sales meetings and business development opportunities.

Founder Support

- Assist the Founder in client meetings, calls, and negotiations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Market Research & Insights

- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute ideas for new business initiatives and revenue streams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, business development, or client servicing (experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
