Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an experiencedSenior Associate, Credit & Collections to join our Credit & Collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing a portfolio of accounts to minimize delinquency, assess customer creditworthiness, and proactively resolve complex billing and payment disputes . The Senior Associate acts as a role model, providing regular guidance and assistance to other collections agents within the vertical. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: - Independently manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts on a month-over-month basis to achieve management-set delinquency targets. - Collaborate with corporate customers and internal District, Area, Division, and Corporate teams to resolve outstanding billing issues and payment delays. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards by documenting all collection efforts, adhering to Iron Mountain policy and procedures, and staying updated with relevant industry trends. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of five (5) years of experience in collections, dispute resolution, billing, or revenue cycle management. - Strong knowledge of various Collections systems and advanced ability with commonly used software, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Internet Browsers. - Proven ability in complex problem-solving requiring independent judgment, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and negotiation.
