About the Role: As an Executive – Inside Sales, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for selling innovative, gamified digital learning solutions to global clients. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh B-school graduates who have a strong interest in sales and are eager to learn and grow. You will develop your selling skills, build client relationships, and play a significant part in our company's growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by establishing connections with key decision makers.
• Research and reach out to potential clients through calls and virtual meetings to understand their needs. • Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions from our product offerings.
• Prepare and present engaging proposals to win new clients.
• Support the development of account plans to exceed sales targets.
• Actively participate in networking opportunities, industry events, and relevant associations to generate leads.
• Provide feedback and updates to stakeholders through regular sales activity reports.
• Collaborate with the internal team to craft and enhance sales presentations, emails, and client proposals. • Achieve financial targets in alignment with the defined KPIs.
Preferred Education:
• A Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputed B-school, with a specialisation or electives in Sales, Marketing, or HR Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology can be a plus to ensure technical understanding, especially in HR tech sales. Desired Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to industry leaders.
• Strong consulting skills, demonstrating the ability to advise and influence decision-makers effectively.
