We are urgently hiring for the position of Executive Assistant/Secretary Technical in Belagavi, India. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of tasks.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and support for projects and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Attend management review meetings & prepare minutes of meetings regarding technical discussion
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.
- Conduct technical assessments, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and manuals assigned by management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise systems and processes.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and innovation initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain and update technical knowledge through continuous learning and research.

Functional Skills and

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Quick learning and individual working capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good team member
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
