Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive IT Tele Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right IT courses and programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a basic understanding of IT/softwarerelated career paths.

Key Responsibilities: ï'· Make outbound calls to leads/enquiries and convert them into admissions or course enrolments. ï'· Counsel students and working professionals on various IT courses Full stack development data science , Web Development. ï'· Understand the candidate's educational background and career goals to recommend suitable programs. ï'· Follow up with potential students through phone, or WhatsApp. ï'· Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel. ï'· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. ï'· Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to resolve student queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ï'· Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree. ï'· Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language (if applicable). ï'· Good listening skills and patience in dealing with student concerns. ï'· Basic knowledge of popular IT domains and career opportunities in tech. ï'· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: ï'· Experience in tele-counselling, academic advising, or telesales. ï'· Exposure to IT/EdTech industry or knowledge of programming languages/courses. ï'· BPO/KPO customer service experience is an added advantage. Compensation:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses or commission on enrolments

Working Hours: ï'· 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ï'· 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
