We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities:

- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating the adoption of SAFe practices.

- Educate teams on various Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, and SAFe.

- Ensure that the agreed-upon Agile process is followed, promoting continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics.

- Facilitate team and program-level events, such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

- Collaborate with Product Management, Portfolio Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective program execution.

- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value.

- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams.

- Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers.

- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience 3-6 Years or 6-9 Years

- Experience in scaling Agile practices in large, complex environments.

- Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.

- Experience with other Agile frameworks and methodologies.

- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value.

- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams.

- Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers.
