Job Description We are seeking an accomplished SAP Program Manager with proven experience in managing large-scale SAP transformation programs across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related modules, coupled with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills. Roles & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade programs. - Define and manage program scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. - Drive alignment between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful program execution. - Establish and enforce governance frameworks, quality standards, and performance metrics. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and project milestones. - Facilitate status reviews, executive steering meetings, and provide clear reporting on progress and issues. - Lead change management and ensure effective user adoption and post-implementation support. Professional & Technical Skills - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and relevant modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or PM). - Experience managing cross-functional global teams and multi-vendor delivery environments. - Proficiency in Agile/Hybrid delivery models and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Strong understanding of integration, data migration, and testing strategies within SAP programs. Preferred / Good To Have - SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate, SAP Solution Manager) or PMP / PRINCE2 certification. - Experience managing SAP Cloud, BTP, or S/4HANA Cloud programs. - Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise change management. - Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments.
