Job Description

Job role - QA Track Lead / Testing Lead

Exp - 9+ yrs

Location - Mumbai ( Andheri)

Job Type - Permanent WFO

Notice - Can join immediate to 15 days

- We are looking for an experiencedTesting Track Lead / QA Leadwith strong expertise in theBFSI domainto take full ownership of quality assurance across client projects.
- This role involves handlingend-to-end testing requirements and resource planning (including replacements)across multiple clients, ensuring consistent quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with BFSI industry standards.
- Manage and lead QA efforts for BFSI projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of testing resources across various clients delivery and deployment.
- Lead a team of testers, allocate tasks, and provide mentoring and training to improve the team's skill set and productivity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding ofBFSI processes, including banking, insurance, lending, digital payments, and financial services workflows.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), testing types, and defect lifecycle.
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent will be an added advantage
