Job Title –MIS EXECUTIVE (Hindi must)Responsible for engaging with potential candidates through phone calls to introduce job opportunities, to screen the applicants, and facilitate the interview process for international recruitment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Roles and Responsibilities:· Initiate contact with potential candidates via phone to introduce them to available job openings and the company's recruitment process.· Handle incoming calls from candidates, addressing their inquiries and providing information about job opportunities and the recruitment process.· Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles and collecting full set of cv of candidate.· Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers, coordinating schedules and providing necessary information.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and information within the company's recruitment database.· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and addressing any concerns.· Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activity, including call volume, screening results, and interview scheduling· Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.· Generate leads for potential candidates through effective communication and networking.Qualifications:· Any bachelor degree is preferred.· Sound knowledge in MS Office, word, excel, E-mail, web search.· Proven experience in a customer service or fresher Telecalling role.· Fluency in English, Tamil, Hindi is required;· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Freshers can applyMore information about this MIS Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given MIS Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this MIS Executive job position?
