Job Description

Greetings from Tesslogs,

We are looking for an highly skilled Automation Tester with expertise in Selenium, Java, and ETL testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts for both front-end and back-end (ETL) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity across multiple sources.
- Work closely with developers, BAs, and data engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, log, and track defects; support root cause analysis.
- Ensure automation scripts cover end-to-end scenarios including UI, API, and data validation.
- Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Proven experience in ETL testing and data warehouse validation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for complex queries, joins, and data validation.
- Experience in automation frameworks (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman / RestAssured) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) preferred.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
