Position: Site Supervisor – Global Projects Location: Pune Industry - Airport- BHS Experience: 5 – 7 Years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics About the Role: We are looking for a Site Supervisor for global projects. You will lead and support project execution, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and integration of material handling systems. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installations; guide and train installation teams. - Inspect and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems. - Interpret engineering drawings and layouts. - Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navis, and E.Plan drawings. - Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), switchgears, drives, RLC circuits, and I/O testing. - Manage multiple mechanical and electrical subcontractor teams. - Support commissioning, testing, and integration of systems. - Conduct quality inspections with focus on electrical installations. - Ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards. - Report progress to site/project managers and participate in progress meetings. - Prepare installation reports and conduct toolbox talks. Desired Skills & Experience: - Experience with warehouse, parcel, or airport systems; sorters (line/loop) preferred. - General PLC programming/troubleshooting certification. - Safety certifications (IOSH, Emergency Preparedness Training). - Leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and computerized systems. - Strong negotiation, organizational, and process-driven skills.
