We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and modular furniture installation projects.Also have the knowledge and background of interior designing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking design projects from concept to completion.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, design specifications, and safety standards.
- Interpreting and translating customer needs into plans.
- Co-ordinating finalised details within the team.
- Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, carpenters, electricians, and other on-site contractors.
- Monitor installation of modular furniture, false ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements.
- Interpret 2D drawings, layout plans, and BOQs to guide the site team.
- Ensure proper quality control and finishing as per client expectations.
- Manage site inventory, materials, and tools efficiently.
- Provide regular project status updates to the project manager and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and progress documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and company protocols.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for vendors and clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Interior Design/Architecture or relevant field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in handling interior site supervision, especially in modular furniture projects.
- Good knowledge of materials, modular systems, and interior fit-out processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and site documentation tools.
