Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Tender located in Patel Nagar. The Assistant Manager - Tender will be responsible for coordinating tendering activities, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and managing tender records. Additional responsibilities include analyzing tender submissions, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender proposals. The role requires attending tender meetings, communicating with clients, and keeping up-to-date with industry standards and guidelines. Qualifications - Proficiency in preparing and managing tender/bid documents and cost proposals - Strong analytical, research, and data analysis skills - Understanding of project management, compliance requirements, and budget preparation - Knowledge of industry standards like ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and TIA is an advantage - Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software tools - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the technology infrastructure or related industry is a plus
