For more information, visit www.acuitykp.com Position Title- Associate Director Experience Level- 10+yrs Department-IT Location- Gurgaon Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to play a key role in the global ERP & CRM rollout, focusing on Salesforce solutions, integrations, and business process optimisation. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business process understanding, working closely with stakeholders to configure, customise, and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, Darwinbox, Power BI, and Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, development (Apex, LWC), automation, and system integrations, along with a deep understanding of sales, service, and customer engagement processes. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development: - Work with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand CRM requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business needs. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to automate key business processes. - Integrate Salesforce with ERP (Oracle Fusion), HRMS (Darwinbox), Finance (Anaplan), BI (Power BI), and Payroll systems using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware solutions. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies. Business Process Optimisation & Functional Consulting: Data Management & Reporting: - Act as a trusted advisor to business users, guiding them on Salesforce capabilities, process improvements, and automation. - Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and requirement gathering workshops. - Design custom workflows, approval processes, and validation rules to enhance system efficiency. - Drive user adoption and training efforts, ensuring business teams maximise Salesforce capabilities. - - Support Salesforce release management, sandbox refreshes, and production deployments. - Oversee data migration, deduplication, and cleansing efforts to maintain Salesforce data integrity. - Build custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and integrate with Power BI for advanced analytics. - Implement data security policies, role hierarchies, and field-level access controls. Support & Continuous Improvement: - Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, provide ongoing system support, and implement enhancements as needed. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices, ensuring continuous system optimisation. - Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance) to align Salesforce with broader business strategies. Technical & Tool Expertise: - Expert-level experience in Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, Triggers). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Mulesoft, and third-party integrations. - Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling for Salesforce. - Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins). - Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations. - Understanding of AI-driven Salesforce solutions (Einstein Analytics, AI-powered automation) is a plus. Key Competencies - Key Requirements Essential Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, and administration. - Proven experience in Salesforce implementations and integrations with enterprise applications. - Strong background in business process mapping, automation, and optimisation. - Hands-on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant. - Experience with multi-cloud deployments and Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for project management. - Understanding of AI/ML applications in CRM automation.
