Job Description Role Overview - Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll modules. - The role requires deep functional knowledge and the ability to work on end-to-end payroll implementations in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties - Work on full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, covering requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - Configure payroll elements, fast formulas, balances, calculation cards, and payroll flows - Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Payroll functionalities - Perform payroll testing including parallel runs, UAT, SIT, and regression testing - Resolve payroll-related issues and support ongoing operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll integration with other HCM modules - Provide documentation, user training, and functional support throughout the project lifecycle - Ensure timely delivery of payroll activities within project timelines (030 days joining preferred) Qualifications - 58 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll - Must have completed 23 end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations - Strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll processes, and legislative rules - Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HDL is preferred - Ability to work from Bangalore location - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
