Learn more: www.teachmint.com Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager for International Business across the Middle East and the Philippines. The role involves overseeing the lead-to-order process, coordinating between internal teams and partners, and driving process efficiency through SOPs and automation. The ideal candidate has 23 years of experience in operations or program management, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations with partners across Middle East and Philippines - Manage the lead-to-order pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked in the CRM and coordinating the order processing and fulfillment cycle from partners to the Operations team. - Act as the key connection between the International Business team and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and align execution. - Identify process gaps and drive operational efficiency through structured SOPs and automation. - Prepare reports and dashboards for business reviews and leadership updates Skills - 23 years of experience in program management, operations, or business coordination roles - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to maintain dashboards and trackers - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach Why Join Us - Opportunity to lead and scale the Training Department for high-impact products with millions of users. - Work in a data-first culture with a strong focus on experimentation, innovation, and learning. - Be part of a collaborative, transparent, and growth-focused team environment.
