Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Analyst/Associate, Fundraising & Investor Relations to support our growth ambitions as a publicly listed entity. This entry-to-mid-level role will focus on identifying and engaging high-value investors to fuel expansion, innovation, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a passion for finance, technology, and investor networking, with proven experience in connecting with family offices, strategic investors, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). You will play a key role in building and maintaining investor relationships, analyzing market opportunities, and contributing to capital-raising strategies in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities - Investor Prospecting and Research: Identify and research potential investors, including family offices, strategic corporate investors, HNIs, venture capital firms, and institutional players aligned with IT and deep tech sectors. Maintain an up-to-date CRM database (e.G., Salesforce) with prospect profiles, investment histories, and preferences. - Fundraising Support: Assist in preparing pitch decks, financial models, teasers, and due diligence materials for equity raises, debt financing, or strategic partnerships. Analyze market trends, competitor funding activities, and valuation benchmarks to inform strategies. - Investor Relations Management: Handle day-to-day communications with current and prospective investors, including quarterly updates, earnings call preparations, and response to inquiries. Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and webinars to showcase Sahana's growth story and ROI potential. - Networking and Outreach: Leverage networks to connect with HNIs and family offices through events, LinkedIn, or industry forums. Support targeted outreach campaigns via email, social media (e.G., X, LinkedIn), and personalized engagements to build long-term relationships. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Track fundraising pipelines, investor engagement metrics, and campaign performance using tools like Excel, Bloomberg, or PitchBook. Prepare reports on fundraising progress, investor sentiment, and post-investment ROI for senior leadership and board presentations. - Compliance and Market Intelligence: Ensure all activities comply with SEBI regulations, NSE guidelines, and corporate governance standards. Monitor stock performance, analyst reports, and sector news to provide insights on investor relations strategies. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, legal, and business development teams to align fundraising goals with company milestones, such as new tech deployments or market expansions. Qualifications and Skills - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus. - Experience: 1-3 years in investor relations, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or fundraising roles, ideally in the IT/tech sector. Demonstrated success in connecting with family offices, strategic investors, and HNIs is required. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel advanced functions, VBA), CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot), and investor databases (e.G., PitchBook, Preqin). Familiarity with stock market tools (e.G., NSE portal, Bloomberg) and data visualization (e.G., Tableau). - Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills for investor-facing interactions; analytical mindset withattention to detail; ability to network effectively and build trust. Passion for technology and emerging trends in AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. - Other: Knowledge of Indian capital markets and SEBI regulations; willingness to travel for investor meetings. Fluency in English required; Hindi or Gujarati is a plus.
