Job Description Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the entire store operations inbound, storage, issue, returns, and scrap. - Supervise a team of 56 store executives/data entry staff and 1015 helpers/operators. - Maintain ERP entries (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC) for GRN, reservation, pick/issue, and consumption. - Ensure timely GRN creation and accurate material posting within 24 hours of receipt. - Implement 5S standards and conduct periodic store audits. - Manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts, stock variance analysis, and corrective actions. - Coordinate with PPC, QA, Purchase, and Production for material availability as per production plan. - Prepare and share reports on shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory. - Reduce issuance lead time and improve picking and kitting accuracy. - Control handling losses, damages, pilferage, and operating costs within budget. - Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations, safety, and ERP discipline Requirements Education: - Graduate in any discipline. - Diploma/Certification in Store/SCM/Warehouse Management preferred. Experience: - 58 years of experience in manufacturing stores or warehouse operations. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or similar ERP. - Excellent in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis. - Proven team leadership and manpower management skills. - Experience in vendor coordination, inbound logistics, and stock control.
