Job ID 203309 Required Travel Minimal Managerial - No Location India- Gurgaon Amdocs Site Who are we Amdocs helps those who build the future to make it amazing With our market-leading portfolio of software products and services we unlock our customers innovative potential empowering them to provide next-generation communication and media experiences for both the individual end user and enterprise customers Our employees around the globe are here to accelerate service providers migration to the cloud enable them to differentiate in the 5G era and digitalize and automate their operations Listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market Amdocs had revenue of 5 00 billion in fiscal 2024 For more information visit In one sentence The Professional Services Specialist is a highly trained product expert responsible for end-to-end product deployment What will your job look like As a Professional Services Specialist at Amdocs you will be part of a group of highly trained product experts responsible for end-to-end product deployment of our multi-vendor multi-technology network optimization platform All you need is Review technical requirements with internal and external customers to provide the best solution according to customer needs Participate in all technical aspects of product implementation and involved in end-to-end deployment of Amdocs products Onsite customer facing throughout all phases of the project lifecycle Provide post deployment trainings and workshops to customers to drive product usage Monitoring troubleshooting and working closely with R D to resolve all functional and performance related matters Supporting pre-sales activities and POCs Develop documentations and best practices Participating towards process improvements to enhance team and individual productivity efficiency Why you will love this job Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or equivalent Exceptional communication skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on software deployment experience Working experience on cloud technologies Strong knowledge in any scripting languages e g Ansible Python PHP Bash Powershell Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge in databases e g Oracle MySQL Postgres MariaDB Cassandra Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to get quick resolution of technical matters Skillful in building trust and confidence of stakeholders with high quality and timely deliveries Flexibility with working across multiple time-zones based on project requirements Region Specific Role Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a requirement to support the China Taiwan region Good to have Knowledge in Telecommunications and Radio Network technology 3G 4G 5G Experience in analyzing Drive Test and OSS data Experience in implementing ETL solutions Experience in Cloud technologies Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence Experience in working with Linux based environment
