Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 27 000 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design develop and deploy intelligent AI agents that can reason plan and act autonomously across complex workflows The candidate should have strong experience in Generative AI LLMs multi-agent orchestration frameworks RAG and Cloud Integration This role involves building agent-driven solutions for automation decision-making and enterprise use case Key Responsibilities Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LLMs OpenAI Anthropic Llama etc Develop multi-agent systems using frameworks such as MCP LangChain LlamaIndex AutoGen or Semantic Kernel Architect end-to-end agent workflows that include reasoning planning and tool usage Integrate AI agents with APIs databases cloud services AWS Azure GCP and enterprise applications Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for task-specific use cases RAG prompt engineering evaluation Implement Observability safety and guardrails for AI agents feedback loops alignment Work closely with product data science and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions Contribute to research and PoCs around emerging Agentic AI patterns and frameworks Optimize AI agent performance for memory latency scalability and cost efficiency Required Skills Qualifications 5 years of Software AI development experience with at least 2 years in GenAI Strong programming skills in Python JavaScript experience with FastAPI Flask or Node js is a plus Hands-on expertise with LLMs OpenAI GPT Claude Llama Mistral etc Experience with LangChain LlamaIndex CrewAI AutoGen MCP or similar agentic frameworks Cloud deployment experience AWS SageMaker Azure AI or GCP Vertex AI Understanding of prompt engineering fine-tuning and model evaluation Familiarity with MLOps practices CI CD for AI model monitoring Good problem-solving and analytical skills Qualifications Educational qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field Experience 5 years of Software AI development experience with at least 2 years in GenAI Mandatory requires Skills Generative AI LLMs multi-agent orchestration frameworks RAG and Cloud Integration Preferred Skills
